Mark began his career as a school teacher after graduating from Western Carolina University. After leaving the industry to pursue business opportunities, he began work in sales and, over the next 15 years, became a Director of Sales for a rapidly growing Atlanta based technology distribution firm. During his “corporate days,” Mark built a portfolio of investment properties that included single-family homes and office properties. These investments gave Mark the financial stability to leave the corporate world behind and begin working full time as a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Investor. 

Since 2015, Mark has helped dozens of investors acquire or sell properties as part of their investment strategy. He loves being able to help investors achieve their financial goals through real estate. It is a source of great pride for him to mentor new investors on the qualities to look for in a property. He is well versed in asset underwriting, tax strategy, and construction project management. Mark proudly served in the US Army Reserves as part of the 324th Signal Battalion. Mark is a married father of two and lives in Roswell, GA. 

Sarah is a former Gwinnett County teacher of the year who, after years spent educating, nurturing, and preparing other people’s children, took some time to raise her own. Upon returning to the workforce, she was head of the customer service and sales departments for a start-up, smart bed company, leading them through product development, marketing, and sales. In this capacity, Sarah developed its customer service department from the ground up, from taking calls at all hours to leaving behind a functional unit with ties to manufacturers, the supply chain, and its customers. While in this role, Sarah has worked for the last several years as a model/company spokesperson in TV and print ads for various products, retailers, and communities. 

Sarah has excelled at every aspect of her career through impeccable organization and hard work, which she now brings to her real estate clients, making their investment purchases surprisingly anxiety free. Simply put, Sarah gets things done.

In 2003 she worked at a local residential brokerage and moved into commercial real estate in 2005 which is where she truly fell in love with real estate.

Kristen accepted a position as a Leasing and Property Manager for a small development company with a focus on shopping plazas, apartment complexes and assisting in commercial investment purchases. Kristen and her family moved to Georgia in 2014 and more recently relocated to Roswell with her 4 children. She has continued to expand on her experience and reputation as a go-getter with excellent customer service and communication skills in the commercial real estate industry.  

Catherine is a long time resident of the Atlanta area and currently resides in East Cobb with her family.  She has had a very successful career in sales, met her husband over 15 years ago and they are raising three beautiful daughters. When it comes to real estate, whether buying, selling, leasing, or investing in property, Catherine’s top priority is to ensure her clients know that she is someone they can trust.  She is devoted to looking out for their goals and guiding them through every step of the process.
